Chance to question railway managers

South Western Railway (SWR) customers are being offered the opportunity to put their questions directly to the company’s top bosses in a virtual Meet the Manager event on Tuesday 26th January.

The event will take place from 3pm until 7pm and each one-to-one session will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, lasting around 15 minutes. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly, so customers are encouraged to book their space now.

People looking to book a session are encouraged to send their request, including contact details, the topic they would like to discuss and preferred time, to meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk by Friday 8th January.

Christian Neill, SWR’s Deputy Director of Customer Experience, said: “We understand the importance of listening to our customers discuss their experiences of using our services. Our previous events have seen honest, thoughtful conversations between customers and managers on a range of issues. I would encourage anyone who’s interested to book their virtual place and have a chat to us. We’re keen to listen.”
